Alexey Shaburov, the Director of the World Calligraphy Museum, the Museum of Russian Gusli and Chinese Guqin, and the Director of the Association of private museums of Russia, commented on the independent socio-political online ” Daily Storm” publication. In his interview, he told, which museums will suffer most from the pandemic, without which things they won`t survive, and also shared his opinion about the increased security measures that museums staff should take during the period of recovery from quarantine.
Speaking about the difficulties of coming back to a normal life, he said: “I don’t think people will immediately go to the museums. At the same time, any ticket price increase can adversely affect the situation. We are not going to change anything, and so do many other museums . We are not food stores that can afford to raise prices for certain products.”
