It’s worth reminding, that the Development Program for Private Museums was first developed in Russia and is planned for 2021-2023. “Its key idea is the integration of private museums into a single museum space of the country, and their inclusion, along with federal, regional and departmental museums, into state programs implemented by the Ministry of Culture of Russia,” said the Minister of Culture Olga Lyubimova in the interview with TASS News Agency.
