Any person who first gets here is struck by this defense unit, since it is difficult to even imagine how many forces – both human and material – had to be applied during its creation. An interesting fact is the construction of a large number of these tunnel barracks with a capacity of 100-200 infantry. Tunnel barracks, carved into solid rock at a depth of 10-15 meters, gave excellent protection to the garrison. Now inside you can see only powerful cuttings in the rock, with a very impressive size.
Floors and ceilings were concreted additionally. Bathrooms and ducts were provided. In addition, there was heating in the tunnel barracks; there were water tanks and other necessary equipment.
