An exhibition of Soviet toys “Journey to Childhood” has been running in Stary Oskol since May 2023. It was organised by collector Olga Shcherbakova, a former researcher at the local history museum. Olga’s collection includes more than 500 exhibits, mostly toys of the 1960-1980s. The exhibition is based on the toys of famous Leningrad artists-sculptors who survived the war and the siege of Leningrad. Here you can see toys by Lev Smorgon, Lev Razumovsky, Marianna Motovilova, Natalia Tyrkova, Galina Sokolova, Aelita Sylova.
The exhibition is interesting for adults and children! Stary Oskol residents come here with their families.
