The museum offers guided tours on the following topics: cast iron waffle moulds, gingerbread boards, country bread, brass and copper moulds for kulichs, and the Soviet period of baking.
The museum’s collection includes pre-revolutionary cast iron waffle moulds, church moulds for kulichs and cupcakes, original gingerbread boards from Europe and Russia.
