The Chocolate History Museum Choco Rua was opened based on the Handmade Chocolate Workshop Choco Rua. For over 10 years, the museum has been welcoming residents of Ryazan and guests of our city for group tours, workshops, hosting “sweet” birthdays, dates, and graduations.
Are you ready to embark on a chocolate journey and learn how cocoa beans are turned into a bitter drink, and then into sweet chocolate?
Then welcome to the World of Chocolate! No visas, exhausting flights, baggage handling, or other problems required! Only your desire and rich imagination are needed…
Here you and your children will explore the history of chocolate, see a chocolate tree with your own eyes, taste the magical drink “chocolatl,” and delve into the secret of chocolate making.
Embark on an educational journey to the “Embassy of the Chocolate Kingdom,” where you can chat with Her Highness Choki, the princess of the Chocolate Kingdom, who has prepared many wonderful attractions, entertainment, and sweet gifts for you.
The Chocolate History Museum Choco Rua features a collection of artifacts from different eras related to the history of chocolate.
The halls showcase models of cocoa trees, cocoa beans, ships from the time of Peter the Great, and many other interesting exhibits.
In the Handmade Chocolate Workshop Choco Rua, you can purchase individual gifts made of Belgian chocolate or a chocolate bar featuring views of our city.
