The idea of creating belongs to Arzamazov Yuri Borisovich (Director of Ekomet Ltd.), who purchased Ekomet Ltd. in 2004. In 2006, Y.B. Arzamazov offered O.V. Palenko to buy out the property of “Ecomet” and organize the museum.
Museum activities include: restoration, preservation, improvement of property and communications, exposition for tourists and visitors, excursions (self-guided or guided tour), collection of historical information (facts, documents, property, etc.)
