The museum opened on August 25, 2017. The idea originated several years before its opening, when over almost 20 years of traveling around Europe, a collection of interesting objects related to the history and life in the Mediterranean countries was collected.
The Ethnographic Museum “The Wonders of the Mediterranean” has halls of Greece, Italy, France, Spain, Turkey, Egypt, and the Mediterranean Sea. Additionally, expositions of Portugal, Israel, and the Adriatic Sea are presented.
In general, all the exhibits were brought from the countries of the Mediterranean basin and tell us about the features of life on the shores of the sea.
The museum has interactive exhibits (those that can be touched) that clearly show the discoveries of scholars of the Ancient times and the Middle Ages.
Guided tours, workshops, and quests are provided.
