During an interactive and educational tour, you will learn the stories and legends explaining the appearance of matryoshkas (Russian nesting dolls). You will see an extensive collection of ancient and modern wooden toys. You will get acquainted with folk games and toys made from wood (kokeshi, nutcracker, Pinocchio and many others) – from different countries of the world.
Workshops on painting a variety of wooden toys (matreshka dolls, nutcrackers, etc.).
You can tale part in authentic Russian tea party at the samovar with baranki, gingerbread, waffles and other delicacies.
Shop selling toys, games and decorations made of wood is available on the territory of the museum.
